36 year old world champion freediver and BLUE Ambassador, Sara Campbell, talks to Health and Fitness Magazine about her unusal sport of choice and how she came to take up the sport just two years previously.  Freediving and freediving well is one of the most magical expressions of human movement.  It has the grace of ballet and the physical exertion of an extreme sport.  Ane when you combine these with the beauty of deep blue water, you have something that is literally, breathtaking.
